2026 Annual Congregational Business Meeting
Welcome to the online hub for our church's Annual Business Meeting. This page is designed to provide you with all the necessary information and resources to participate in our annual meeting.

Your questions will be directed to the appropriate deacon, elder, or pastor for a response.
Voting for Covenant Members aged 18+ will be open from January 25th through February 1st.
If you do not receive an email please contact Jocelyn Spieth at jocelyn@mountainviewchapel.com
January 25th Covenant Members will receive an email with a link to vote online,
OR if you prefer to vote anonymously you can vote in person at the Welcome Center on January 25th after the morning services from 9:45-10:00 am or 11:45-12:00 pm.
A deacon will be at the Welcome Center to confirm you are a Covenant Member and give you a ballot.
