MVC Volleyball Outreach meets again on Friday, October 30th, and is open to anyone 16 and over. Join them on the first and third Friday of each month and bonus games on months with a fifth Friday at 7:00 PM in the Gym for friendly competition.

Soundboard and PC Techs Needed! - Want to make a difference behind the scenes? We're looking for more volunteers to help run sound and presentation systems during services. No experience is required. Training is provided! See us after service or contact the church office to learn more.
Sunday School Teachers & Helpers Needed - As we prepare for the new Sunday School year, we are looking for volunteers to serve in several of our children's classes. We currently need teachers, adult helpers, and teen helpers in a variety of age groups. If you'd like to help, please contact Ron Schnabel to learn more or sign up. Teaching positions require membership at Mountain View Chapel, but there are plenty of opportunities to serve as an adult or teen helper as well. Thank you for considering how you can invest in the lives of our children this year!
Photography Volunteers Needed - Do you enjoy taking pictures? We're looking for a small team of volunteers who would be willing to occasionally take photos at church events when our regular photographer isn't available. Photos help us highlight church life on our website and social media, letting members and visitors see all that God is doing through our ministries. All you need is your phone! Contact Angela if you'd like to be added to the volunteer list.
Faithfully Yours - We are excited to announce a wonderful new ministry opportunity for our 6th through 12th grade girls called “Faithfully Yours”! Similar to Secret Sisters, the girls will be paired up throughout the school year to encourage one another by writing letters, sharing scripture, giving thoughtful gifts, and showering each other with blessings. It’s an amazing way for deep fellowship and rooted relationships to bloom as they grow together in Christ. If your daughter would like to participate, please pick up a form today! Forms need to be filled out and returned in an envelope by Sunday, October 27th. You can then pick up your paired envelope on the cart starting Wednesday, November 4th. We’ll be wrapping up the year with a special celebration in the spring, with more details to come! If you have any questions, please contact Alyssa Dunlap at (484) 620-3815. Operation Christmas Child - We are excited to begin our Operation Christmas Child shoebox ministry on Sunday, October 11th! Pick up a shoebox and information packet in the lobby and join us in bringing hope and the message of Jesus to children around the world through a simple gift-filled shoebox. If you are unable to pack a box, donations are also welcome. All filled shoeboxes and donations must be returned by November 15th. Thank you for helping us make a difference, one shoebox at a time! Buddies Ministry – Good morning! We want to remind families about our Buddies Ministry, a wonderful support available during Sunday School for children who may benefit from a little extra assistance. The Buddies Ministry provides one-on-one support for children with special needs or disabilities, as well as children whose parents feel additional support would help them participate more fully in Sunday School. Our trained volunteers partner with children to encourage inclusion and engagement through things like helping with transitions, providing sensory breaks, assisting with communication, and offering emotional support and encouragement. If you believe this ministry could be a blessing to your child or would like more information, please reach out to Alyssa Dunlap or checkout our website for more information. We'd love to help your child feel welcomed, supported, and successful as they grow in their faith.
