Our Buddies Ministry serves to provide one-on-one support for children with special needs during Sunday School. This ministry is open to any child who has been diagnosed with a special need or disability, or to any child whose parent identifies as having a special need that would require additional support to participate in Sunday school.
A team of volunteers will be available to partner or “Buddy Up” with a child to help facilitate participation and inclusion in Sunday school activities. This could include helping with transitions between activities, offering sensory breaks, facilitating communication with teachers and peers, and offering emotional support and encouragement.

Buddies will serve on a monthly “on call” rotation and be utilized as-needed per teacher request. If you are interested in helping to serve our special needs children, please use the button below to become a "buddy".
